    We close as principal or partner — Jooblay (or a Jooblay entity) is in the ownership stack.

    Enhance

    Hands-on renovation: budgets, draws, and finish quality managed as the owner.

    Disposition

    Sell or hold when the asset is ready. Capital recycles into the next deal.
